16.01.2022 Kees, Henriette & I would like to reassure the community that we have put in strict guidelines at Bungunyah to ensure protection of both staff and guests. My past experience as a nurse enables me to have knowledge of infectious disease protocols. One housekeeper has been trained to attend to departure cleans and services. This involves a strict procedure of double gloving and disinfecting all touch surfaces prior to commencing the full clean of the villa unit. Linen will b...e handled with extreme care, immediately bagged ready to go to the industrial laundry. A hospital grade antiviral and antibacterial solution is being used commencing at the entry point of the villa unit. Weekly services will be attended if the guest is not in quarantine and current guests will be asked to vacate the villa whilst the service takes place. All guests will be asked to let our manager know if they become unwell so the service can be cancelled until the guest is determined not to have Covid-19 by their doctor. This protects both them and our staff members. As bookings are few we are able to maintain this high level of precaution. See more
