14.01.2022 Quick Fix Noodles are amazing! I followed a colleague's advice and threw in half a pack of stir fry veg from the supermarket. I should have thrown in the whole pack. It makes a huge amount! A perfect accompaniment for my Kung Pao Chicken.

If you know me, you know I love DIY - from using my Thermomix to make my own sauces, curry powders, pastes, spice mixes etc to making skincare products for nearly ten years. I love to re-create anything ready made to make it additive free and as natural as possible. Except - cleaning products! I have a mountain of cleaning products in my kitchen and laundry cupboards. I’ve tried the natural stuff, but it’s not the same - Domestos has been my friend. Until now Thanks to Sonia Harris who introduced me to some great products that I can use to DIY my own cleaning products! Whoever thought you can make dishwasher tablets? I recently tried the recipe for toilet cleaner and was gobsmacked when it actually cleaned the nasty stains in the bowl. So, if you’re still readingthank you.
