24.01.2022 Nic's Cakes books are exploding and we are booked solid for December. We are still taking orders for edible printing, toppers and cupcakes. 18.01.2022 So i finally finished my Latorta entries, with a few days to spare. Its been a gallant effort considering all the crazy that August has dished out. I have to admit that regardless of the competition these little guys have been something ive wanted to make for awhile. 16.01.2022 Nic's Cakes is happy to be sponsoring the Sausage Sizzle for the "Christmas at Forde"... The event is this Saturday 24th November, Heritage Park Forde.. Hopefully next year we will be ahead of the crazy season (and it has been crazy) and have a stall set up. Come and join the festivities :)

We will be fullfilling orders where we can however we have been swamped with orders that unfortunately at this stage we can't take on. 15.01.2022 Nic's Cakes are fully booked for January and through to mid February. We are trying to get to all the requests this weekend on messenger, email and via the website so apologies if you have been waiting.

13.01.2022 What a happy start to spring, little Khloe was so happy with her watermelon and pineapple cake. It was so bright and colourful, filled with layers of vanilla bean cake with strawberry filling on the bottom, orange cake and chocolate on top..yum!

11.01.2022 NICS CAKES TRADING We are looking at revamping Nic's Cakes and will be closed from 24th December 2020 through to the 1st February 2021. Nic's Cakes are fully booked for December 2020. January booking are limited. We are getting through enquiries and will get back to you shortly.

If you are looking for a cake we usually require at least 2 weeks notice for novelty/birthday cakes and a minimum of 6 weeks for large events and weddings.
