07.01.2022 Finally back to work after being ill. Barrel cake with chocolate and caramel layers. Cake all ready for fondant in the morning. Macaroons all done for cake topper. A little nervous as not only covering a cake after a 2 1/2 month break but a very very tall one. Wish me luck.
