19.01.2022 Who's cooking in the Canberra City Care Harvest Kitchen today? Volunteers. That's who. Volunteers are the backbone of most Canberra charities. Every day, peop...le from all walks of life give up some of their time and talent to help make the lives of other Canberrans a little brighter. Today, in addition to producing over 30 meals for the Canberra City Care community, we baked a birthday cake for long-term volunteer Erika. Erika works in the CCC op shop, ReRuns, and turned 80 this week. Happy birthday Erika, and thank you for your contribution. Funds raised as part of Hands Across Canberra, will go to Raw Potential, looking after our vulnerable youth living on Canberra’s streets.
