25.01.2022 On Sunday Mini Vinnie and the team were thrilled to be a part of the @bgc_home housewarming celebrations The fabulous Jae from @maitaidesignz coordinated everything, while we were serving up some delicious fresh cold pressed @refreshjuice.com.au alongside our mates from @delishice It was quite the event complete with amazing wood fired pizzas from @domenicocatering, face painters, balloon artists and the @nova937 Casanovas even made an appearance too ... Huge thanks to @bgc_home and @maitaidesignz for having us! It was such a great turn out despite the miserable weather

20.01.2022 Well we certainly snuck that one in just before lockdown hit! This beautiful wedding @brookleighweddings on Saturday was for the lovely Natasha & Lee They really utilised the space at Brookleigh well, with both the ceremony and sit down meal in the secret garden , and the post-ceremony drinks and reception party in the terrace In the bar we started with @dingobrewery beers & cider on tap, with the Mango & Berry cider being a huge hit alongside some delicious @chal...ariwines Pet Nat & Gerwurztraminer (try saying that a few times ) and Knotting Hill Wines Then after dinner the fun really began with some ripper cocktails on the menu including Piña Coladas (so excited to finally have these at a wedding), Strawberry Gin Smash and the ever popular Espresso Martini @chefsophiebudd & the @tastebuddscookingstudio team created an incredible grazing platter as well as the sit down meal For dessert we supplied @delishice for all to enjoy (they really need to make a popsicle emoji already!) which went down a treat as the night was still quite warm and @deepdjco were cranking out some epic tunes that had everyone dancing the night away Overall, a great night enjoyed by all Thank you to Natasha & Lee for having us share in your special day We are also thinking of our good friends at @brookleighweddings (and everyone else in the area!) who are currently dealing with the fires that are sweeping through the swan valley and surrounds we hope you are all staying safe and look forward to being back with you real soon

19.01.2022 Over the weekend Vinnie and the team hit the road for this stunning backyard wedding down in Ravenswood This property was absolute #housegoals right on the Murray river with extensive grassed areas and beautiful gardens Allanah & Jonathan looked absolutely beautiful, as did their awesome bridal party and guests Allanah did such an amazing job planning and coordinating the big day All the hard work definitely paid off as everything looked stunning and the guests certa...inly had a great time! @foodnco made some seriously delicious eats (the Arancini deserve a special mention of their own they were so good!) while Vinnie and the team were serving up our signature Elderflower & Vin cocktails as well as the always popular Espresso Martini and Mojito Also featuring on the menu were @grouchandco coffees and @antipotea.store tea & chai to keep everyone warm as the sun went down A huge congratulations once again to the Newlyweds we had a wonderful time sharing in your special day! 15.01.2022 Wowser what a start to 2021 we have had To kick things off last week we had a midweek wedding for Hannah & Steve at the stunning @bucklandestate Located just 15mins from Northam this venue is definitely one to put on the list complete with lake views, rolling hills , historic buildings, pool , lush gardens and accomodation what more could you possibly want?! The C&T team started the celebrations with a post-ceremony cocktail hour on the back lawn featuring Moj...itos, which were oh so welcome with the afternoon heat Whilst Vinnie was parked up at the Wedding Shed to keep the party going late into the night It was a @blastabrewingcompany showdown with both their Helles Burswood Lager and My Way IPA on tap and canned as well as their midstrength Steady Head Pale Ale It was also great to see our mates @sultanpepperfoodtruck who were serving up some delicious goods for all to enjoy! A big congratulations to Hannah & Steve who finally got to celebrate with family and friends after a few bumps in the road thanks to Covid It was an absolute pleasure working with you both in the lead up Thank you for having us

There were a few last minute changes to provide some much needed shade for guests during the ceremony but you wouldn’t have known with the way Plan B came together Working alongside our friends at @infinityweddingandevents was a treat also Vinnie and the team were serving... up Pimms & Mojitos to guests post-ceremony followed by Espresso Martinis late into the night We had a wonderful night celebrating with Sara, Daniel and all their lovely guests A big congratulations to the newlyweds and a huge thank you for having us share in your special day

13.01.2022 Last week Vinnie was a part of @mirvac_residential’s ‘Affordability Experiment Launch’ at the Iluma Private Estate in Bennett Springs This partnership between Mirvac, Synergy & @keystarthomeloans will be studying the Purcell households utility consumption and lifestyle impacts over the next 12months for an insight into the cost savings achieved by living in an energy efficient home (9.1 star NatHERS!) We can’t wait to see the outcome of this project! 11.01.2022 Today’s hot summer weather has us rather excited for all the delicious cocktails we will be serving up over the coming season Last season Aperol Spritz was definitely one of our top 3 most requested drinks and it’s easy to see why with it’s pleasantly citrus yet slightly bitter flavours this drink is low in alcohol and very refreshing! What’s your summer go to drink? 11.01.2022 We finished the week with a gorgeous wedding on a family farm in Manjimup for Kymberlee and Gavin Both families had worked hard to get the reception area lush and green in the lead up to the big day, even going to the effort of planting over 240 flowers one weekend!! The efforts certainly paid off as the gardens looked absolutely stunning with so many pops of colour around the place. Ceremony and reception were styled and coordinated by Nicola at @arosetouch_ wit...h @marriedbyanne making everything legal Guests were spoilt with Aperol Spritz post ceremony, helping everyone chill out in the afternoon heat The marquee was home to the sit down dinner and looked breathtaking with floral instalments from @signaturefloraldesign @supper_road put on an incredible feast and helped with table service throughout dinner it was an absolute pleasure working with you all We had the Leederville Lager on tap from @nowheremanbrewing along with some beautiful south west wines and Italian Prosecco as guests danced the night away Overall a wonderful night had by all a big thank you to Kymberlee and Gavin for having us share in your special day, as well as giving us an excuse for a few nights in the South West

11.01.2022 Next stop on Saturday was the beautiful @rothwood.weddings for a post-dinner barista service featuring our brand new coffee bar Safe to say we got our fair share of beautiful garden scenery on Saturday and couldn’t be happier about it!! As always, we were serving up our favourite specialty coffee from @grouchandco as well as a wide selection of teas and chai from @antipotea.store Epic work from @heartandsouleventscoperth once again for coordinating such a stunning we...dding and a huge thank you to our newlyweds, Sara & Chris, for having us share in your special day *** We are super excited to finally have our brand new @lamarzoccoau GS3 in action after a long awaited delivery (looking at you Covid ) To accompany this incredible machine we have our amazingly quiet @eureka__grinders Atom, which is perfect for weddings as you can hardly hear it while it’s working away What a pair!! I think all we need now is some decal work from @decaldad to finish off the bar, what do you think?? 10.01.2022 Great to have the team back behind the bar over the weekend celebrating the engagement of Jeremy & Emily Such a beautiful evening featuring our pop up bar, the mini Vinnie and one of our favourite brewers @blastabrewingcompany It was also great to catch up with our friends @thatlittlegelatocart who were serving up some seriously delicious pistachio gelato as well as @grazingincompany who supplied an amazing looking (and tasting ) grazer ... Thanks for having us share in the celebrations we cant wait to bring Vinnie along for the wedding next!!

09.01.2022 Vinnie doesnt just do bar service, shes also a pro when it comes to post ceremony coffee & pops Its the best way to keep your guests entertained and caffeinated while youre having your photos, with the added bonus of keeping them cool if the weather gets hot This particular wedding ended up a 40c+ day The week of the big day we quickly got in touch with the soon to be newlyweds to see if they wanted to swap out some of the @grouchandco hot coffee for cold br...ew instead, and add in a few extra bottles of fresh cold pressed juices by our mates @refreshjuice.com.au Needless to say they all went down a treat along with the icy cold @delishice We understand that the weather doesnt always do what we want or even hope for and are more than happy to make adjustments to best suit the needs of the day ensuring everyone is happy and refreshed with minimal stress required See more

08.01.2022 Saturday evening Vinnie was back at the beautiful @feldandco to celebrate with the lovely Hope and her guests Whilst it would have been wonderful to utilise the laneway space under the festoon lighting, the made that option a no go! Instead Vinnie setup close to the warehouse to avoid guests getting wet while ordering their drinks (though the front service window did provide a pretty water feature thanks to the heavy downpours ) whilst still showing off his sty...lish good looks as everyone arrived Hope made some incredible @hope_made_grazing grazers and a stunning @hope_made_cakes cake for guests to enjoy while Vinnie served up some great local beer and wines provided by the legends at @freodr Overall a fantastic night had by all great to be back at this epic little venue and sharing in some fun!
