23.01.2022 The 2019 financial year has ended. Its now time to start thinking about lodging your 2019 tax return. The ATO has signalled a hard lined approach this year with an increase in audit activity. If you need help or advice, get in touch. 22.01.2022 Hi all, just a reminder that the final date for submitting your tax returns for the year ended 30 June 2017 is the 15th May 2018.

20.01.2022 We are now well and truly into the 2018-19 tax return season. Its pretty quick to get into seeing me. Most returns are done on the spot and most refunds are received within 7 days. Don't forget that most people will receive an extra refund due to the widening of the Low & Middle Income Tax Offset. Please note that only taxpayers whose taxable income falls within the $48K to $90K threshhold will receive the full $1,080 offset.

10.01.2022 The 31st October deadline is fast approaching - but don't worry - if you are registered with a tax agent you usually get an extension - up to 15th May next year. This extension applies to most new clients if we add you as clients by 31st October. There are exceptions for taxpayers who have outstanding returns to lodge.
