John from Tamarind Tree Gourmet Sauces can give you a few tips, make sure to visit his stall and check out his incredible range of curry sauces, pickles and more this Easter Sat at #CarltonFM. Their handcrafted cakes are laden with dried fruit from the Sunraysia region and enhanced by Malmsbury honey and a hint a Irish whisky. Northcote Bakeshop have another Christmas staple among their sourdoughs and viennoiserie this Saturday. Their gorgeous mince tarts will be available individually and in packs of four.
