25.01.2022 Try whatever you need to do to get to where you need to be even if you don't know where you need to be yet. I found doing a lot of personal and professional development propelled me out of the state of fear and worry and drama that I was previously living in. Who knows where you will find it - probably in the place that you weren't even looking for it.

23.01.2022 I had a breakfast meeting with some colleagues who are running recruitment processes (at different organisations currently). They both commented that a lot of applications and resumes are just not up to scratch. People are not getting interviews or progressing through an application process because their FIRST IMPRESSION to the organisation (their resume and cover letter) isn't good enough. And that is okay. Because some organisations make it difficult to apply to and ma...ke you jump through hoops just get your resume under the right person's nose. Someone I did a resume for recently hadn't had to apply for a job in over 30 years. He didn't even know where to start. So I helped out. Easily. He would have been stressing about it for days and I did it in a short amount of time and his application was sent off. Because that's my super power. Let me know if you need me Super Help!

19.01.2022 After four extraordinary years of Carolyn Fox, I'm closing the Fox Den. I have accepted an amazing work opportunity that involves all the stuff I love - communication, collaboration, support systems, liaison, travel, engagement and so much more. Thank you for everyone who has supported me and my small business over the past couple of years - whether it was a one off resume or as an ongoing client. The relationships I have formed and the new things I participated in lit me ...up in ways that I could never have imagined. I have participated in body loving workshops in my bathers, been in the Weekend West magazine, facilitated workshops on job hunting and spent a weekend making art. That sort of stuff was beyond the realms of comprehension for 'the me' of four years ago! If you are ever considering opening a door that you feel a little fearful of opening, please be brave and just turn the handle. 14.01.2022 We have used Carolyn for the recruitment process for three positions in our organisation, including the CEO position. She handles everything including advertising, organising interviews, contacting referees, and contacting applicants.
