25.01.2022 Congratulations to our beautiful clients @radysworld and @georginamatan who competed at the @icn_act show yesterday! Both looked amazing and walked away with various top 3 placings. @radysworld won first place in bikini over 30s. Such an amazing achievement and huge improvements from her last show. @georginamatan got various placings in the top 3 for her first ever show, I’m super proud. Both the ladies were great to work with. Can’t wait for many more shows to come with them #bodybuilding #ICN #icnact #bikinimodel #sportsmodel

24.01.2022 Team Crew Fitness athlete @wfdez88 within a crazy 8.5 week transformation leading into the Arnold Classic. Warren and Rohan have been very close mates and competing together for 9 years. After a 5 year break from competing, Warren decided he was going to get back on stage. He came to Rohan 10 weeks out with still quite a lot of work to do and asked if he could coach him for the show. Rohan jumped at the opportunity to work with the genetic freak, as he had wanted to work with Warren for a long time. Through a structured plan, discipline and hard work, Warren has proven what can be achieved if you put in the work. Cannot wait to see this guy on stage next weekend at the NSW Arnold qualifyer and then at the Arnolds in just under 2 weeks time! #arnoldclassic #bodybuilding #ifbbproleague #teamcrewfitness #ifbb #compprep

21.01.2022 These girls killed it last season Couldn’t be happier. I have 1 spot available to take on a new client. PM me if you’re interested

21.01.2022 What a Champ! Ash is the ideal client... never complained, followed the plan and stayed consistent. The results showed. Today Ash took home a number of placings 1st bikini novice 2nd bikini open 2nd sports model novice4th sports model open. To say I am proud is a under statement. As my clients know, I get a little emotional... maybe a little too much, with tears and all... it’s as if it were me competing haha Ash you are going to be one successful competitor with your dedication and hard work. Well done girl xx

19.01.2022 Going back to where it started for me... a track workout, except not at the track next weekend I will be more organised and actually make it to the AIS Track to do this properly. Here is the workout - spent 10-15mins warming up and doing some plyos ( Wide walking Lunges 10m x 3 opening up through the hips high knees 10m x 3 grapevine 10m x 3 A skips 10m x 3 frog jumps 10m x 3. Focusing on the movements being explosive) 100m sprint @ 70% x 6 200m sprint @ 60% x 4 400m run @ 50% x 2 I didn’t push myself to hard with the sprints as it’s been a long time since I’ve done this and I really want to avoid injury! I will work on getting a little faster every week felt amazing

16.01.2022 2014>now. Some people get these results in a year or two. Took me a lot longer... it’s my body type...But I won’t use that as my full excuse, I’ll be real, it also has to do with the fact in my first two years of competing I lacked consistency. Sure, I won a overall in INBA (ICN)... but sometimes a placing means shit all. I was lacking missed potential. Potential in my training due to lack of knowledge, potential in my diet because I thought it was normal to cheat a couple o...f times over the course of a 12 week prep (in the recent years eating something off plan just isn’t something that would or could happen - it just doesn’t and won’t) and I lacked overall mindset needed to execute my goals properly. I’m no pro athlete, but I have learnt a thing or two about competing over the 7 years of getting stage and 3 years of prepping others... leave no stones unturned, regardless of your placing on the day the best feeling is knowing you did EVERYTHING you could be 100% consistent stick to the plan find a good coach learn mind muscle connection instead of just going through the standard movements know your weaknesses and work your butt off to improve them, if you’re unsure seek every bit of feedback you can learn to take criticism and don’t get offended, it’s a sport judging your body, you need to learn to take it positively to improve #teamcrewfitness #bikinimodel #ifbb #bodybuilding #bikinicompetitor #improvements #motivation See more

16.01.2022 One of the most impressive athletes I have worked with I loved this look so much. We really nailed it this day @teztheminihulk #bodybuilding #compprep #bikini #fitnessmodel

15.01.2022 Congratulations to this stunner! Placing 2nd place bikini novice yesterday. This is the 3rd year we have worked with @katie.stones. Katie works consistently all year round to bring improvements every year. She leaves no stones unturned (pun intended ). We love you Katie #bikini #bodybuilding #compprep #ifbb #arnoldClassic

14.01.2022 Good luck to these 2 legends we have had the honour of working with into their run to compete at the Arnold Classic Australia. All 2 qualifying today at the NSW Arnold Qualifier and all looking amazing! Lets go team! #bodybuilding #arnoldclassic #ifbb #compprep #bikini

13.01.2022 Food is medicine. Macronutrients are important, especially for body composition goals, but do not neglect the finer details... the micronutrients. Every week I try to rotate my vegetables and protein sources to give my body variety. Every day I focus on variety in colours and different cooking methods (steamed, raw, stir fried ect..). Then the finer details like herbs, spices and healthy fats high in omega 3. This weeks lunches - rice cooked in tumeric, bone broth and high ...mineral sea salt. A heap of stir fried vegetables cooked with bone broth, onion, garlic, tumeric, random herbs from the garden organic chicken. I will top this with salad to get my raw vegetables in, Melrose organic omega oil and avocado. I’ve been doing variations of this lunch for the last few weeks. But I never make it exactly the same, again, for the reason of consuming variety. #healthy #organic #foodismedicine #fitmum #mealprep See more

12.01.2022 Want to know what I am most proud about this prep? I got on stage about 3kgs heavier than my previous comp... the photo on the left is a few weeks out from Arnold’s 2017 and the photo on the right is a few weeks out from the comp I did last weekend. I’m so proud of myself for adding size to my frame after being pregnant for 9 months and breastfeeding for 12 months. It wasn’t easy and I remember those sleepless nights during the first year of having James where I’d go into the gym and feel like I was pushing air due to being so sleep deprived and depleted from breastfeeding. Being a mum has taught me a whole new level of work ethic. #mumlife #fitmum #compprep #bikinimodel #ifbb #bodybuilding #progress #hardwork #gains

10.01.2022 We all start somewhere! October 2017- March 2020 It’s a marathon, not a sprint

07.01.2022 Read the entire post to understand. 20 weeks out VS 9 weeks out. approx 1kg difference (it fluctuates daily). 16% body fat vs 11% body fat... but similar weight. Something I’m confronted with daily by all the females I coach is concerns about the number on the scales. This used to be me, so obsessed with losing weight that I’d get on stage looking like I’ve lost weight... skinny, flat, stringy... when really I want to look full, tight and round. So many variables go into wh...at you weigh - Muscle, water, what time of the month it is, if you ate a larger volume meal, stress, sleep... so much more. I use weight as a tool to gauge if a client is having unusually large drops or increases (we don’t want this). Dropping weight quickly can be just as detrimental as gaining it rapidly. So get rid of your obsession with the scales and look at the bigger picture. If you’re sticking to your plan and being consistent you will get the desired results. The judges don’t look at a piece of paper with your weight on it while your on stage. My biggest goal this prep has been to hold or even build as muscle muscle as possible while losing very small amounts of body fat. So when I see myself looking leaner and notice the scale isn’t decreasing I see that as a massive win @ro_steiner See more

06.01.2022 Flashback to when this incredibly dedicated women, won her pro card at nationals last year. Her condition speaks for itself . Hurry up and get back up there @balshawkim #shredded #ICN #icnpro #fitnessmodel

05.01.2022 Client transformation wow! @daisyywhatman worked extremely hard the past year. Daisy came to me with a goal of wanting to step on stage. Being very realistic we decided to aim for shows that were exactly a year away. We started with a mini calorie deficit to lose some body fat at the start, then we reverse dieted while maintaining the results, followed by another cut in calories to bring her in for her shows. Daisy was 100% compliant for 367 days. I say 367 days because she... came to me exactly 1 year and 2 days before this show. For the entire 367 days - Not one mouthful of food that wasn’t on her plan passed her lips unless I told her to have a refeed and Not one training session missed unless I told her to rest. She slogged away at fasted cardio every single morning, worked her butt off during her weights sessions, works a full time job on her feet as a hair dresser and never once did I hear her complain. And guess what? Daisy Won two of her divisions now I’m not saying fasted cardio and dieting for a year is what everyone needs to do, but for some people that is what It takes and it takes an incredible amount of dedication to do what daisy did I’m so proud! 05.01.2022 For Teeghan our focus wasn’t to build muscle... but instead to transform her shape. It’s not as simple as going to the gym and getting lean... so much more goes into creating a competitive look in bikini

04.01.2022 Last night we had two beautiful competitors @cleyfitaus @amandagrow_fitness on stage at ICN ACT. Their show got Brought forward 10 days and we only had 4 days notice to put together a peak week. To say I am proud of these two is a understatement. It was Cley’s first ever competition, It was a very small line up of two competitors in figure! she took out first place- but pictures speak 1000 words and you can imagine she probably would have had the same or similar outcome no ma...tter the line up! Cley has an Incredible physique (having been trained by her husband @benwhitept for a long time). Cley is now unstoppable and I believe she has a huge future in this sport. It was also Amanda’s first competition entering in fitness and sports model. Amanda’s efforts throughout her prep continued to amaze me. She is an incredibly hard worker and her progress is outstanding. Amanda placed 2nd In sports model. Can’t wait to see the damage you will do next time #ICN #icnact #teamcrewfitness #fitnessmodel #sportsmodel #bodybuilding #figure See more

04.01.2022 Kelly and Kim competing last weekend at the ICN Canberra & Country titles. Both killed it massive improvements from their last prep with me 18 months ago.

04.01.2022 Less than 4 weeks to go! Let’s get em @_hannah__ifbb @ifbb_australia_official #ifbb #ifbbelite #compprep #bikinimodel #bodybuilding

01.01.2022 Want to know something I love about coaching clients through multiple on and off seasons? You learn their body. You have full control to manipulate their training and nutrition to make improvements. You’re able to manipulate their final weeks leading into a show because you know exactly how their body will respond and you’re able to use previous competition feedback to change protocols and bring a better package. I love this #teamcrewfitness
