Assistant Treasurer: The assistant treasurer works directly under the treasurer to assist in managing the transactions and accounts for CCA. One of the greater challenges is completing the audits and ensuring they meet the various requirements. However while challenging the audits offer valuable learning and prepare you for managing the treasury in the future. Assistant IT Director: As Assistant IT Director you will be in charge of maintaining and updating CCA’s website, coming up with and organising new engaging I.T. focused events. We are looking for someone who is passionate about technology and digital place and is an innovative thinker. Sponsorship Officer: - Manage sponsorship portfolios of various sponsors throughout the year - Liaise with representatives from these corporations and their HR representatives. - Pitch CCA to potential sponsors and communicating with them about events and initiatives that the club has to offer. Events Officer: - Learning to plan and manage events held by CCA, including managing the planning stages and completing all the necessary tasks during and after every event. - Attending all events run by CCA - Brainstorming new topics and styles of events that could be organised and communicating with venue coordinators (or in an online scenario, organising the virtual event space). Marketing Officer: - Primarily work to increase social media presence and engagement to increase awareness of the club and its events. - Post regularly on all our social media platforms. - Work closely with the Marketing Director to brainstorm strategies of increasing awareness for CCA and our sponsors, both online and offline. Graphic Designers - Be able to create promotional graphics for events and posts - Works with the marketing team to create a brand for CCA Publications Officer: - Sending out weekly newsletters to members - Working on the careers guide for prospective students looking to step into industry - Collaborate on tech / business related articles (published throughout the year on the CCA website/social media platforms) - New ideas/ initiatives coming in 2021!
