23.01.2022 67 year old Jane messaged this page last Sunday because she read that weight training is particularly good for older women. Monday: When Jane come in on her walking stick I knew we'd have to take it very easy. We spent 15 mins doing some hip and ankle mobility work followed by 2x6 sit down stand ups on a raised bench holding a 2kg ball above head. Tuesday: Jane left her stick near the lockers and said "My hip feels alot better and my legs already feel a little stronger. Extr...a extra light full body session. Wednesday: Left walking stick at home and we done a light full body session including 4 knee raises in the ab chair. Thursday: Jane walked 2km to the gym and 2km home, uphill. We focused on a harder upper body session. Friday: 12kg Kettlebell sumo deadlifts and almost a full leg session. Jane drove because it was raining. Will keep you all updated!
