25.01.2022 Ceerose has completed Greatons landmark development - Oxford Central in Epping which comprises 252 luxurious apartments and 600m2 of retail space. Over 1700 workers were employed during the construction phase which took 21 months. More than 15,000 m3 of concrete, 2,000 pre cast panels and 1,500 tonnes of steel were used to construct the iconic residential project. 24.01.2022 Oxford Central, built by Ceerose and developed by Greaton is a finalist in the Urban Taskforce’s Development Excellence Awards. Oxford Central, a high-end luxury project located in Epping, comprises twin 17-storey towers incorporating 251 premium apartments, as well as 292 car spaces and 625 sqm of ground level retail. Designed by international award-winning architectural practice Marchese Partners Architects, Oxford Central is now home to approximately 700 residents. 16.01.2022 International award winning architectural practice Marchese Partners Architects designed the architectural expression for Oxford Central, built by Ceerose and developed by Greaton. The façade is based on two tower envelopes with three distinct levels a base, middle and top. The abstraction on the base reflects typical Australian flora, a gum tree skyline and brings the distant nature to the building, reinforcing its suburban location in Epping. The middle section with simplified bands is a transition to the upper levels which envelopes with horizontal bands finished by an elegant roof profile. The upper levels enjoy large balconies with splendid views across Sydney’s skyline. Horizontal and vertical elements are used in the façade of the towers to support the multiple orientations of the site. #architecturedesign #construction

10.01.2022 Melding the old with the new. Oxford Central in Epping, built by Ceerose and developed by Greaton possesses unique characteristics incorporating a listed heritage building on Oxford Street. Federation bricks and stones from existing buildings on the site were used by us in the two storey podium balconies at the front of Oxford Central to reinforce the local character of the area. Underneath the front tower there is a vibrant two storey plaza which is designed to engage with the community and opens up to the heritage building. 06.01.2022 A zinc and terracade facade against traditional brick render gives an innovative, distinctive and rhythmic appearance to Atelier by Ceerose and compliments Leichhardt's industrial heritage. Ginas Bakery façade has been retained with the shed and chimney reinstated and integrated into it. By borrowing from the past and weaving Atelier into the new, weve given a heritage feel to the whole building. The beautiful brick formwork and restored rustic metal bakery chimney creates a point of difference a sense of history recreated for today.
