14.01.2022 How to make the Perfect cup of Chai Tea ever!!! To start with if youre in a hurry when you want the Perfect Chai, forget it!! It wont happen. Key is Patience and Mindfulness! So what i mean is put aside at least 20 minutes of youre day for a really special experience,"Chai Time". If you know youre going to be busy in the morning,prepare brew the night before,cool put in fridge,reheat next day, enjoy.... Directions. *For one cup. -in a pot on heat add half a cup of water at simmer,not boil. -add full tea spoon of Chai mix and some grated fresh Ginger. -stir for 2 minutes at simmer. -add half a cup of desired milk(i love coconut milk). -stir for 4 to 8 minutes(until colour rich and smell delicious) on simmer. strain from pot to youre favourite cup. -add honey, stir well. Take time to Enjoy something truly delightful for you.The mindful time you spent brewing the Chai,and Awareness experienced, perhaps a sense of slowing down,focusing on the now, with ease. I like quiet time to consume this wonderful beverage. Great to share with guests, the aroma as they walk into youre home, creates and sets up extra joy in youre social gathering, an inspirational sharing. ahhhhh!
