19.01.2022 Our wonderful new team member, Tanya Fox! How delighted we are to be working with you! For those who don't know Tanya, she has an integrative approach to bodywork, combining a range of techniques and modalities to address the presenting concerns of each client. These include myofascial release therapy (MRT), trigger point therapy, lymphatic drainage, craniosacral therapy, cupping, acupressure, nervous system balancing, mindfulness and internal tracking.... Tanya is particularly passionate about Myofascial Release Therapy, with many clients receiving effective relief from chronic restrictions and painful symptoms. With additional training in psychotherapy and counselling, she offers her understanding of trauma and it’s effects on the bodymind system in her treatments, to support clients in releasing long held patterns of pain and restriction. Tanya is currently undertaking further studies in Internal Tracking and Craniosacral Therapy, to support clients in addressing the deeper causes affecting well-being. Tanya is available Tuesday & Thursdays, is a registered member of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society and a provider with most health funds. For bookings, please call 0406 019 838.

I love working with my lovely menopausal women, there's so much naturopathic medicine has to offer through this chapter of life

07.01.2022 Ahh 2021 welcome! I love a new year, a new chapter. I love setting goals and working towards them. It’s a big one for us this year, we have expanded the clinic with a new treatment room, and a new member of our team who I will introduce very soon. ... I’m planning to run one workshop this year, in February, Understanding Your Menstrual Cycle, if you are interested, you will be able to book your place really soon. Also at the end of this year, world events permitting, Damian will qualify as an Osteopath. Very exciting for us all! For now, sending love and well wishes for the new year.
