Whether you have experienced the relaxing benefits of Reiki, are curious to learn more about what this non-invasive therapy has to offer, Reiki 1 can offer the opportunity to create positive changes which can lead to personal growth & improved self-awareness. In this two day workshop, Reiki can offer the experience of how to work with healing energy, the history of Reiki & its principles, practicing hand positions, self-care and other energy tools & skills to include in Reiki & lots more. Each participant will also receive level 1 Tibetan attunements. No previous experience is necessary just an intention to be open to new possibilities as well as helping others with plenty of time to practice. We are happy to announce that Reiki Awareness Week is upon us, and is a great opportunity to share the benefits of Reiki, particularly in these uncertain times, both on an individual basis as well as the wider community. Reiki works on all levels, being physical, mental, emotional and spiritual and can often inspire us to undertake a new direction, which may promote a journey of healing as well as a greater sense of awareness.
