23.01.2022 You might have seen a lot of white ribbons and outfits today at school. Our male staff took the pledge today to stand up, speak out and act to prevent violence against women. All of our staff showed their support with ribbons and white clothing #whiteribbonday



22.01.2022 On assembly yesterday the amazing Emma Donovan had a special song for us all. She spoke about the importance of history, family and identity. Emma is starting a singing group for any students who has song and stories they want to share. We can’t wait to see more of these.

19.01.2022 Year 12 Sports Coaching students today had their final assessment task. Run a group through drills, work on skills acquisition, and then referee a game putting the skills into action.



18.01.2022 It’s all hands on deck as the mateys get everything shipshape ready for Talk like a Pirate Day. First order was to prepare to strike the colours by redesigning the old Jolly Roger with their own designs.

17.01.2022 Friday last week our amazing Bidwill in Business students ran a stall to raise money for the Red Cross. A wonderful effort with lots of support from our amazing staff & students.

14.01.2022 We thank the NRL In League In Harmony crew and NSW Police Force for running an amazing program with our students. We can’t wait to take part in this program again soon.

11.01.2022 The final score of the inaugural Clontarf All-Stars vs Bidwill All-Stars Oztag Game was a 4-4 draw. The program sought to promote reconciliation and build relationships among these young men from various backgrounds to strengthen the school community.

08.01.2022 From tomorrow to Friday, all of Year 7 will have school at the pool! They will learn to improve their swimming skills and some extra safety skills along the way. A friendly reminder that ALL of Year 7 are to be at swim school and to bring a packed lunch as the canteen will be closed. Any questions feel free to ring the school

04.01.2022 More Year 8 Science students have been learning about Body Systems by doing a heart dissection to discover the circulatory system. We are a little worried just how much they enjoyed it though ...

03.01.2022 The Fusion Checkmate program concluded after 8 weeks of learning to play chess to recognise the links between choices, actions and consequences. Students worked through a goal setting process to improve their engagement in learning. The last session involved challenging a staff member to a game of chess and having a chat about future goals. @fusionyouthws
