24.01.2022 Today Management team from Sutherland Shire Family Daycare visited us with a lovely surprise. Caren spent time with Chiquitos in the musical station when she was ready to leave, Chiquitos said ADIOS in Spanish and Caren replied back to them BYE using sign language. 23.01.2022 Our carrots seeds never sprout... so children and i brainstorm ideas and decided to start all over again... while we worked in cleaning the veggie area, children found earth worms. 12.01.2022 Taba Naba! Song NAIDOC week celebration, it is not only recognising colours , stories etc... it is also learning traditional dance such the Eastern Island song and dance . Taba Naba song is accompanied by a sit down dance where the dancers perform traditional movements corresponding to the song... Did you know that i had to watch the video several times to catch the rhythm... my body coordination is terrible ... you could see me at night practising the movements over and over to provide a decent performance to Chiquitos today...
