Finely slice the following raw veggies, gradually add a portion of one at a time so you have a nice ratio of colour! . 1/4 Red Cabbage... 1/4 White Cabbage 1 x Red Capsicum 1 x Yellow Capsicum 1 x bag of Pre Shredded Carrot Handful of Fresh Mint & Coriander . If you are meal prepping, keep the above separate in your fridge to maintain freshness . These are all nutrient dense, low calorie choices! Load your plate up with them.. however the key to a good slaw, don’t over do it on the cabbage . Add when serving: . Drizzle of Vietnamese Tangy Dressing (or similar) Sprinkle with crunchy dried noodles . Adding a little bit of flavour won’t hurt you, and it goes a long way when it comes to adherence! .
