07.01.2022 Day 2: WHAT MATTERS TO YOU? Hey Guys, Im Riley Meredith, and I play for the Tasmanian Tigers and the Hobart Hurricanes I grew up on the Eastern Shore from a young age and have appreciated living here ever since. I really enjoyed the friendly and relaxed nature of the Eastern Shore when I was growing up. I always had the opportunity to stay fit and healthy by walking to the beach or walking to the shops whenever I liked. I enjoy staying healthy in the community for both my... mental and physical health, by getting out into the fresh air. One of my favourite activities to do is walking on the beach and around the Bellerive Bluff with my dog Elton (pictured) and my partner Maddie. Its an important thing for me when I take time for myself by listening to podcasts and music, it helps getting me to a mindful state, which is a crucial part of my overall health. Thank you so much to Riley for his participation in #WMTY20
