15.01.2022 NOTICE TO MEMBERS AND GUESTS 31 December 2020 To our valued Members and Guests, The NSW Government has mandated new entry requirements for all hospitality venues.... As of 1 January 2021, all Clubs MUST USE the Service NSW QR check in to allow for Covid-19 contact tracing. We would strongly suggest that you download the Service NSW app as this will allow your details to be saved and you will not have to manually enter them each time you wish to scan into a venue. The link to download the app is below: https://www.service.nsw.gov.au/campa/service-nsw-mobile-app In order to scan into the venue, you will need to: 1. Hold your smartphone camera up to the QR code which is displayed at the entrance to the Club. 2. Click on the link which appears on the screen and follow the prompts until you are checked in the Service NSW app. 3. Proceed to the Club entry and show your phone with the sign in confirmation to the reception staff. 4. All members will still be required to swipe in and out using their membership card 5. All visitors will still be required to sign in through the Club sign in system for the purposes of recording proof of age and address. 6. Don’t forget to check out when you leave, which you can do from the app. If you do not have a smartphone our receptions staff will be happy to assist you with the sign in process. 15.01.2022 17 September 2020 Notice to Members re: Board of Directors Elections 2020/21 To our valued members,... There will be no election held for the Board of Directors for this year 2020/21. At the AGM held in 2018 the members voted to change the Constitution to bring in the triennial rule for Board elections and as such there were two positions up for election. The triennial rule was enacted at the AGM held 3 November 2019. Two nominations were received by the closing date of Sunday 13 September 2020 and as such the nominees were elected unopposed. The members of the 2020/21 Board of Directors are as follows: President Mr Gary Elliott elected to hold the office for a period of three years from the AGM held 3 November 2019. Vice President Mr Robert Roach elected to hold the office for a period of two years from the AGM held 3 November 2019.
