25.01.2022 Hi This is Lauren’s friends hijacking the coast massage page (with help from Loz’s family) to ask for your help Many people have asked what can we do to help Lauren through her battle and she is overwhelmed with what to say. She doesn’t know what she needs as nothing can take this away and it’s all very raw at the moment ... We her friends have set up a go fund me page to hopefully assist Loz with the cost of the intense rehabilitation it going to take to get back to massage, medical costs and business costs that will continue to come out while Loz isn’t working. 19.01.2022 It’s with a heavy heart that I announce that coast massage will be closed from the 15th October for the remainder of the year. I’m very sorry for the inconvenience and hope to be back in 2021 About 3 weeks ago I had a routine mammogram and to my surprise ive been diagnosed with Breast cancer.. not something I’d ever thought would happen to me. It’s supposedly early stages but with my age and dense breasts it’s been decided that I will undergo a double mastectomy next week. ...Then as massage is so physical there will be a period of rehabilitation and recovery. This diagnosis is upsetting for many reasons personally but also professionally and financially because I’ve worked so hard on my business and care so much about my clients. If you need me to refer you in to someone pls let me know and I hope you will all come back when I’ve fought this Much love to you all Lauren xx Ps check your boobs!

11.01.2022 Just a little update on how I’m going As most of you know I’ve had a pretty crappy time lately being diagnosed with breast cancer.. I’m 2 weeks post double mastectomy with immediate breast reconstruction... pathology results were great- no lymph node involvement and great margins. They got it all- early So no Chemo or radiation required! I’m recovering really well and my mobility in my arms is (my breast nurse said it’s remarkable) nerve pain is improving and hope...fully in a few weeks will start rehabilitation in aim to get my strength back. I am very confident that I will be back to work in 2021!
