15.01.2022 To all our valued Communities, supporters & followers In response to the COVID-19 pandemic currently sweeping the world, a Business Continuity Plan has been enacted for the NSW Volunteer Rescue Association Inc. Until further notice, we will be unable to have any squad visits by members of the public. All events in which NSW VRA Squads were to participate in have either been cancelled or postponed. All weekly training and monthly meetings have also been postponed until further... notice. NSW VRA Squads will still be responding to any rescue related tasks and they will continue to provide a professional service to their communities during this uncertain time. Please follow the up to date advice from the NSW Health Professionals by following NSW Health webpage. 08.01.2022 A huge day for Coleambally rescue today. Our 4 trainee's have just finished their assessment to become accredited operators. Congratulations to Chris, John, Jeremy and Paul on this and thankyou to Jess and Chris for travelling here over the last month to make this happen. Sam Harris was also awarded her national medal by MP Helen Dalton. We thank Helen for making the trip to Coly to do this on a Sunday, Helen also stayed a while to watch some of the boys practical assessment. #vrarescue
