25.01.2022 Over the weekend our brother Steve from Northern Vic chapter took the club sand dragger out to a race event. For those who haven't seen this bike before it runs a 351 cubic inch Ford V8 with twin turbochargers. It's fair to say it's not for the faint hearted.

25.01.2022 How far do you take a custom build? ...Is this a bit too far?

24.01.2022 Just figured out how to remove the GPS tracking chip hidden in late model British bikes. Make sure the government can't track you on your rides when you should be staying home. I will be providing this service free of charge if you say the word: superfluous.

22.01.2022 WOW!!! How good do these look?. I knew a few Russian girls and they were all spies too! From Russia With Love This year’s Limited Edition Ural is inspired by ...the elegance and sophistication of the ultimate espionage icon or by the highly anticipated (yet postponed) you-know-which spy movie and indubitably by that very alluring mystique that comes only from Russia with Love. Each FRWL Ural is well-appointed with luxurious upholstery, timeless chrome and stainless trim, exquisitely painted with our own unique blend of silver birch. The sidecar features a wrapped dash with centre timepiece, a 12V power outlet and EJECT button disguised as a functional lighter are within arm’s reach should the need arise. Halogen driving lights will illuminate the darkest missions, while the on demand 2WD is ready to take on any assignment. Ural Motorcycles has produced only thirty-five of these exclusive limited editions, each bearing the unique name of the most successful Russian female operatives (don’t ask how we know).

18.01.2022 Look for a return.

18.01.2022 This workshop regretfully cannot offer mobile repair or maintenance services at this time. I can however continue to repair and maintain your motorcycle from my home in Albion Park. Please contact me to book in your bike. Also, if the current situation has had a financial effect on you, we can work something out. Can't do much with the price of parts, but I can assist with labour costs. Stay safe and look after oneanother.

17.01.2022 Open for business - at home, one bike at a time. Message me if I can help

07.01.2022 After a trip down the beach, I found a puddle of oil under my bike, got home and confirmed my bike was bleeding oil. Thankfully I got to "SOTC Community Motorcy...cle Workshop" Rodney Osborne drained the cheap oil I put into it to get to Rods place. We worked out the oil filter hit the speed hump in front of my unit. A new better designed oil filter was fitted and added the quality oil, I'm now back on the road. Thanks Rod. See more

01.01.2022 Well this is interesting. An all electric motorcycle and sidecar from Ural. It is a concept vehicle with no immediate plans for production but I think electric ...vehicles will play a big roll in the future. Electric motors produce a LOT of torque and there are no gears or clutch, just open the throttle and go. You will NEVER be run over in the traffic especially not away from the lights. Ural are world leaders when it comes to making rigs they do it better than anyone can and they have been doing just that for nearly 80 years. They just keep getting better and better. See more
