24.01.2022 Lavender Peace is doTERRA's restful blend and is one of my favourite blends which I love for it's calming and relaxing aroma. Lavender Peace is the oil I place in my diffuser every night, prior to going to sleep. Each oil in this blend has been chosen for it's calming properties. This blend can also be diluted with fractionated coconut oil & used for a relaxation massage, as well as being lovely to rub on the soles or the feet & the back of the neck to relieve tension & stres...s. I also lovely to add a few drops of Lavender Peace into epsom salts & add into a nice relaxing bath. Lavender Peace is a warm and floral blend of Lavender Flower, Cedarwood, Ho Wood Leaf, Ylang Ylang Flower, Marjoram Leaf, Roman Chamomile Flower, Vetiver Root, Vanilla Bean Absolute and Hawaiian Sandalwood Wood. 08.01.2022 A fabulous day spent at The Agrarian Kitchen School - I finally ticked ‘the vegetarian experience’ class of my list and absolutely loved it! The Agrarian Kitchen is in beautiful Lachlan, Tasmania and it’s philosophy is around reconnecting the kitchen to the land and enjoying seasonal produce as close to it’s source as possible. We spent the morning in the garden, foraging, tasting and learning about the sustainable farming principles the farm is based around. I was particu...larly taken with the friendly sheep who must have realised I was the only vegetarian in the group and decided not to leave my side! The afternoon was spent preparing different dishes of which vegetables were the hero and learning new recipes and techniques from our host and kitchen owner, Rodney.
