19.01.2022 To our valued customers, We appreciate that this is a difficult time for many people, with potentially new challenges and frustrations being faced amid the ever-evolving COVID-19 situation. We want to assure you that as we continue to operate, the health and safety of our customers and our team members remains a priority.... Safety and hygiene measures continue to be implemented and with your help, here is what we are doing: - Practicing social distancing of 1.5 metres - Complimentary hand sanitizer readily available for staff and customer use - Cleaning of high touch areas has increased - All vehicles have their interior and key touch points wiped down with disinfectant before staff work on them and prior to vehicle collection. - If our staff and customers need to travel together in the same vehicle we encourage drivers and passengers to spread out (use front and back seats), staff to wear a mask and gloves and avoid using re-circulating air flow. Anyone with the following should not enter the business if they: - are experiencing any flu-like symptoms (sore throat, runny nose, persistent cough, shortness of breath, fever); - have been in close contact with a person who has tested positive for COVID-19 (during the period of time in which the virus is contagious); - are awaiting the results of a test for COVID-19; reside with anyone who is awaiting the results of a test for COVID-19; - have returned from international travel and failed to observe the government requirement to quarantine for 14 days. Thank you in advance for your cooperation, patience and understanding as we navigate through this pandemic together.

03.01.2022 How long do windscreen wipers last? Wiper blades usually last 6 to 12 months depending on the frequency to which your vehicle is used in adverse conditions. To obtain the best performance from your wipers, we recommend changing them as soon as you notice a difference in the clarity of your windscreen under any weather condition. Where can I buy Bosch wiper blades? Bosch replacement windscreen wiper blades can be purchased from your local O’Brien branch, or simply ask one of our experts to replace your wipers next time your glass is repaired or replaced.

02.01.2022 A client asked for a quote to do a repair job. I replied: "$ 1,500" He said to me: 'For this job? That's so much! '' I asked, "How much did you think it would cost you?" '' At most $ 500 or free, it's a quick job ''... `` For $ 500 I invite you to do it yourself '' '' It's just that I don't know how to do it '' '' For $ 500 I’ll teach you, so in addition to saving you $1,000, you will have the knowledge for the next time you request it. " It felt right and he accepted. "I will let you know what you will need to get started: you need tools: spanners, hammers, filler, sand paper, paint gun etc etc. "But I don't have all these tools and I don't want to buy all of this for just one job '' '' Well, then for $ 500 more I’ll rent you all the necessary tools so you can do it '' Plus, you need to buy all the paint and materials you need for the job. Okay he tells me, Agreed! Friday I'll wait for you to come and show me how to do it. '' I can't on Friday, I am busy with my work at the moment. '' Can you do it today? No, today I don't have time to teach you and lend you my tools. I can do it on Saturday. But you have to be very punctual because I have multiple jobs to go to. I'll be waiting for you Saturday morning at 7 am to start with all the work. '' Oops, no ... Buying these things takes too much time and more money. You know - It's too early. I'd better give you the $ 1,500. I've already done my math and it will cost me more. Remember - You don't pay just to do a job. You also pay for: - Knowledge Experience Study Tools Instruments Services - Time- Punctuality - Responsibility Guarantee and Patience - Payment of: Insurances, Workcover and Superannuation for employees, offices, transportation and more that any legally established business needs. It’s no accident we’re better
