05.01.2022 Our Marina Manager is usually called out to rescue boats but was called out to assist in an animal rescue yesterday. Unfortunately the pelican couldn't be saved on this occasion but the Wildlife Welfare Org SA Inc do a great job and we were really happy to help.

04.01.2022 For all the aspiring rock 'n rollers out there. Notice of 8-week Rock 'n Roll Classes at CQ Club Commencing: Thursday 22 October 7pm to 9pm and running for 8 weeks every Thursday. No previous dancing experience required, just a fun-loving attitude.... What to Bring: A dance partner Snacks, soft drink / alcohol (including glasses to drink from) Wear comfortable clothes including shoes that have non-grip or slippery soles. COST: At this stage there is no cost to the classes, although this may change for future classes to cover costs. COVID-19: Current COVID-19 regulations will apply. 01.01.2022 Unfortunately COVID-19 is once again showing up in SA and restrictions are back in place. This includes some public gatherings and as such the CQ Club will be placing a 2 week suspension on all group activities. This includes the Mahjong group, Rock 'n Roll dance classes and the Yoga group. Hopefully by the end of 2 weeks these restrictions will lift and groups can resume.
