25.01.2022 Tomorrow we will close the books on the most challenging time that CrossFit Essendon has faced. After essentially a 7 month shut down filled with zoom calls, home workouts and no barbells , tomorrow will be our final outdoor/ zoom session. Come Monday, we will be back in the gym and it will probably feel like we never left. ... All gyms and businesses can only hope that this will be the last lockdown we face. But for the time being we will not dwell on that, but pick up right where we left off. Hitting pr’s, bonding as a gym and a community and welcoming new members. Thank you to all the amazing members who kept CrossFit Essendon afloat for the better half of the year. We could not have done it without you!

07.01.2022 Wrist pain can be common during any front rack position such as with front squats, squat cleans or power cleans. If you’re missing wrist extension range of motion it can place excessive load through the wrist joint leading to pain and poor technique. Give this banded wrist mobility a go for several minutes and then re test your front rack position
