25.01.2022 Hello my Dearest Alice People Happy 2020!!! I hope you are all well and have travelled into 2020 in a beautiful way. I have been totally off the radar travelling around the east coast with my dear Blue dog and have now been in Bali doing an immersive Facilatators training for the past 19 days in Zen Thai Flow Yoga. It has been such an honour and a blessing to be apart of this incredible community and teaching it has rippled into every fibre of my being waking me into more lov...e. I have needed this time to get out of my comfort zone and get perspective in how i am showing up and whats important. It has gifted me a new burst of inspiration into how i want to be offering and how we are growing and evolving together. So my real intention this year is create more connection amongst us more heart sharings and creativity, playing with joy and how we are relating to each other. I so look forward to walking into this evolution and revolution with you as we rise as one heart I will be home end of March for the New Moon so lets celebrate being back together again. 18.01.2022 Hellooo Alice Tribe This is me and Bluey sending our love. We have been settling into a new spot here in the Northern Rivers while the dust settles for boarder crossings. I have needed to get my feet firmly planted on the ground after alot of movement and have been giving my self permission to create and listen deeply. 13.01.2022 Oh Beloved Community of Alice Springs :) Yay! I am Home!!! I have landed on the red soil and have been tucked away in quarantine lands diving into the depths revisioning the new beginnings of these times together! Wow, what a ride we have all been on! Such a deep surrender we have all had to undergo. Am happy to be back and ready to get into the swing again of beautiful offerings. Feels like the next upgrades of peeling away the old has been given much space for all of us and... the full expanse of togetherness now needs to be shared and celebrated fortifying our strength at this time. So important for the changes that are occurring on the planet right now. I am feeling ripe and ready to see you all my heart is full and ready to share the full expanse of love and gratitude I have recieved. We are very lucky to be in Australia at this time. Happy Full Moon to you all dear ones!! Its such a potent one, Solar and Lunar Eclipse Energy Shift. Brining life altering transformations and huge transitions over the next two weeks. 12.01.2022 Hello Alicespring loves, Am just wanting to let you know that this new moon there is no Sound Meditation. I am taking the time to give a little bit more space for me reconnecting with the land and tending to my inner fire, creative aspirations and intergrating changes. Some things that i am reflecting on over this new moon are.. What brings inner fulfilment?... What am i devoted too? What seeds have i been tending too? What disciplines am i incorperating into my daily life to fortify a stronger foundation for self? This new moon is super potent, its the biggest super moon of the year. Bringing us into a deep place where we can tune in to the inner longing and take charge and action in how we are stepping forwards in our lives. 05.01.2022 Dear loved ones, Sending you all my love through these unpredictable days My intention was to be in Alice right now but due to such fast changing circumstances with CoV-19 I have decided to take this as an opportunity to stay and create here on the east coast for now. As i have landed in a very supportive fully immersed nature retreat where i am focusing on restablishing and fortifying a deeper relationship to soul. With an intention of creating some gold recordings for yo...u all I do miss you all though. During such times i feel like it is the perfect time to offer some Sound Meditations to the quarters of your own home, to keep the threads of our community strong and assisting clarity of mind. As you know these sessions can help to shift through intense emotions that maybe surfacing right now as our world starts to quickly shift around us and much uncertainity is present. So bare with me in setting it up and working out the best platform for you to access them Please let me know if this interests you..I will try my hardest to get a recording for the new moon tomorrow These are some questions that i am journeying with right now that may resonate with you to help maximise this oppurtunity of change together.
