06.01.2022 Today was a challenging day. A crazy-making day. You know how some days are like that? I thought maybe it was just me, but it seems to be the same for most people I spoke to. I felt so out of whack on every level. At the end of the day, I walked across the road and walked barefoot on the grass for 10 minutes. The grass was absolutely freezing. The cold made my feet hurt. But the reconnection with Mother Earth from that 10 minutes was pure gold. Brought me back into my bod...y, into gratitude and balance. Made me realise that I didn’t need to be taking things so seriously. Shifted my perspective back to what really matters in my life. I love this passage from the book I’m currently reading: The Passion of Mary Magdalen by Elizabeth Cunningham. This woman has such a way with words, and the book is a fantastic read! But that aside, the energy behind this passage is one we must remind ourselves to connect with daily. And one I remind a great many of my Crystal Resonance Therapy clients - the importance of grounding. Of reconnection with Mother Earth and Source. It truly does make such a massive difference in your resilience, perspective and how you are able to weather the storms and challenges of life. See more
