13.01.2022 Dear Students Please be informed that we are mindful of the impact on students of the COVID-19 and we would like to assure everyone that we too are concerned for our students well being and financial circumstances.... At CTIC we strive to deliver quality and superior student experiences. Even under the difficult circumstances of COVID-19 our aim is to do the same. We therefore will be doing our best to maintain the quality and satisfaction of our students. We anticipate our online classes will adequately substitute the face to face mode for the immediate future and our intention is to see that the students achieve the level of learning that they have set out to achieve in the same time frame. CTIC will be monitoring the students progress and at the end of their study period we will asses every student and offer assistance to those students that require additional learning if their outcomes have not been achieved with no further charge. All factors will be taken into consideration such as student participation in these classes and student completing all their tasks and assignments. It is also to be noted that we are following the Governments recommendations on COVID-19 and NEASs recommendations on ELICOS teaching. We will do our utmost for students who are in need of assistance and therefore we would like them to contact us.

02.01.2022 Heads up art lovers! Patchwork of Light is an array of 10 brightly coloured light boxes, positioned high up at the Pitt Street end of Reiby Place, launched for International Womens Day in March 2020.

02.01.2022 The latest case, is a woman in her 50s, who has not travelled outside of Australia recently and is believed to have acquired the illness locally. Travellers from Iran, South Korea and Japan should be particularly vigilant for symptoms as there has been a rapid increase in COVID-19 activity there in recent days. The newly confirmed cases demonstrate the importance of returning travellers knowing the symptoms of COVID-19, such as fever, cough, runny nose or shortness of breath.... Any travellers with these symptoms should isolate themselves from others, seek immediate health advice and practice simple hygiene by covering their coughs and sneezes with a tissue or their elbow and wash their hands thoroughly. For up to date information on COVID-19 check the NSW Health website: www.health.nsw.gov.au/coronavirus
