17.01.2022 We celebrated NAIDOC week which recognises that First Nations people have occupied and cared for this continent for over 65,000 years. The students had lots of fun exploring different activities based upon this theme and we incorporated the letter ‘O o’ into the learning experiences. They all helped to decorate the Large Owl for the alphabet wall. The children loved making patterns with the story rocks and creating animals with the play dough. Have a look at our learning this week. If your child is starting Kindergarten in 2021 please contact the school for more information.

10.01.2022 This week our students engaged in a variety of learning experiences to strengthen understanding of Country starting with a video launch shared below. We would like to acknowledge the Dharawal Nation, the traditional custodians of the land that we live and learn on. We pay respect to our Elders past, present and emerging for their strength and resilience that continue to pave our way forward. ... While we are learning to learn, we strive to become the best citizens we can be, for the health of our land, our local community and our nation. ** Always Was, Always Will Be **
