23.01.2022 The sun rises over the Three Sisters, arguably the Blue Mountains most spectacular landmark. The sandstone rock making up the formations of the Blue Mountains was eroded over the past 170 million (!!) years to create these beautiful sisters. Throughout the day and across seasons, the sun creates different characters for the Three Sisters as the light brings out their magnificent colours. ... Experiencing the beauty of the Blue Mountains is a must during your next visit to Sydney

23.01.2022 Now is the perfect time to visit the Blue Mountains. Following the bushfires we experienced a lot of rain! Not only did they extinguish all the bushfires surrounding the Blue Mountains (including the megablaze that had been burning since October!), but it fed much-needed water into the river system. Now the waterfalls are flowing like crazy and its simply stunning to see. Join us for a private day tour from Sydney to the Blue Mountains, see the sights from a local point of view as well as the best hikes! http://ow.ly/DKs750yFsfw

22.01.2022 We love to create amazing Sydney memories with you. Thanks to Dawn for this lovely review: "Leisa was there waiting for us right as we walked off our cruise ship with a friendly smile, cold water bottles, and a very nice van. She had a plan for our day and shared this with us and then allowed us to add and take out things to suit our tastes. We saw both the main sites of the city and a few hidden gems known only to the locals as well which really made the day special. I h...ighly recommend them." We love our guests. Hopefully, well see you soon, too!

21.01.2022 Happy New Year from Sydney! Thank you to everyone who explored Sydney with us in 2019 Looking forward to an awesome 2020 filled with more Sydney adventures! City of Sydney \ Daniel Tran

20.01.2022 We couldnt start our Sydney sites series with anything other than Sydneys most famous - our beautiful Harbour Bridge! A bridge across the wide harbour was first suggested in the early 1800s, but dismissed as the technology of the time wasnt up to the task. It wasnt until 100 years later that construction finally started on the architectural wonder that is the world icon we know today. Plans to build the bridge were interrupted by WW1, but construction finally got... underway in 1923. 9 years, 4000 workers and 53kTN of steel later, the bridge finally opened in 1932. And, heres 5more interesting facts about the Sydney Harbour Bridge: 1. It is the worlds largest steel arch bridge. 2. It contains 6 million hand-driven rivets! 3. It is 1149m long. 4. 272,000L of paint were required to give the bridge its first 3 coats of paint. 5. #PaulHogan was a rigger on the bridge before he became famous! #crocodiledundee Tag someone youd love to cross our stunning Harbour Bridge with Join us on your own private tour of Sydney and surrounding areas in comfort: www.dailysydneytours.com #dailysydneytours

20.01.2022 Weve been having some serious rain in Sydney for the past few days. But that just means that the waterfalls are flowing and even more beautiful than usual! Captured this morning as the sun broke through the clouds at Fitzroy Falls, less than a 2-hour drive from Sydney. Escape the city and make the stunning Southern Highlands part of your next Sydney visit!

13.01.2022 Wow Canberra - what a view! Many people assume that Australias largest city (Sydney) is also the countrys capital. But, in fact, in 1913 it was Canberra that was chosen as the site of the new countrys capital. Its a beautiful city and an easy day trip from Sydney. Theres plenty to explore and keep you busy in Canberra, like Parliament House, Australian War Memorial, National Museum of Australia, National Galley of Australia - and a fun one for young travellers, Questa...con (National Science & Technology). 05.01.2022 Just a few hours drive north of Sydney lies one of Australias best known wine regions - the Hunter Valley. As one of the first wine regions planted in the early 1800s, the region has played a pivotal role in the history of Australian wine. Nowadays, Semillon is widely considered the iconic variety of the region. However, the regions humid subtropical climate has proven perfect for producing spectacular wines from a wider variety of grapes including Chardonnay, Cabernet ...Sauvignon and Verdelho. The Hunter Valley is now proudly home to more than 120 local wineries, with cellar doors open for you to explore. 04.01.2022 Dont be fooled - there is definitely a right and a wrong way to spend your isolation days. We think these guys have got it down pat! Koalas spend basically their entire day either sleeping or eating. And lucky for them, they sleep where they eat - thanks to their very supportive butt (proven by science, but we wont get into all that) which helps them to wedge and support themselves in eucalyptus trees, where they sleep for around 18-hours a day. Talk about glutes! #bu...ttday #gluteday Koalas only eat eucalyptus leaves and can eat up to 1kg a day - and all that eucalyptus means that koalas start to smell like eucalyptus themselves. Although there are 900 species of eucalyptus trees in Australia, these fussy eaters will only eat from 50 of them. Still, pretty impressive considering eucalyptus is poisonous to most animals! And lastly, koalas are definitely not bears! In fact, they are marsupials; a class of animals mostly recognised for the pouches in which they carry their young. Nawww. Join us to see these beautiful animals on your own private tour during your stay in Sydney - www.dailysydneytours.com #dailysydneytours Featherdale Sydney Wildlife Park who have the most amazing collection of koalas
