21.01.2022 New podcast! I love chatting to this bloke, and am rapt for him how his podcast has continued to grow since last time I spoke to him 18 months ago. He now has thousands of listens and is heard in 80 countries. I spoke to Dale Sidebottom early in Jan about anxiety levels in the covid area, some different helpful ways to think about things, and where to maintain your focus to keep your anxiety under control....
