Recipe ... 60 ml Vanilla vodka 15 ml St Germain 30 ml fresh lemon juice 30ml sugar syrup 1 egg white Shake over ice Double strain into a coupe Garnish with shortbread crumbs.

21.01.2022 In line with the most recent advice from authorities and the spread of COVID-19, Denmark House and the Danish Club is temporarily closing effective immediately and are cancelling all planned events until mid-April. This means that we are cancelling our March members dinner, Aprils buffet lunch and also our Birdking celebration on 4 April (All hail the King). Should you hold tickets to any of these events, purchased via Trybooking, you are entitled to a full refund. Please g...et in contact with Andrew at the Club via [email protected]. We will keep you up-to-date on when we can resume business again here, via email and our website dcdannebrog.com.au. 20.01.2022 Dear Members, We hope you are all keeping safe and well! In our latest email, we told you a little bit about whats going to happen in the next few weeks. ... As mentioned, we plan to staff Denmark House from Tuesday and will offer takeaway Danish hampers. However, we are still working out the details as to what will be on offer and pricing - we will let you know as soon as we have more information! Sadly, all Club events are cancelled until further notice, including Queens Birthday Lunch, Aprils Presidents Table and Members Night. But through the wonders of modern technology, everyone is adapting to this new way of life by connecting online - if you can (and want to) please get in touch with others in our community. 04.01.2022 Our chef shows you how to cook frikadeller - Danish meatballs - perfract comfort food for those cold nights! We recommend scaling the recipe as below makes 70 frikadeller 1 kg ground veal... 1 kg ground pork 5 eggs 100 g plain flour 250 g milk 25 g salt 2 g pepper 2 brown onions finely chop onions add all ingredients and mix well roll into balls fry in (lots of) butter till cooked - frikadeller *tip* fry till golden brown in pan, finish in oven 7-8 minutes, 180 fan forced ENJOY

Copenhagen What you need: 60 ml Bols (gin) 30 ml Cherry Heering 30 ml fresh lime juice 30 ml sugar syrup 1 dash bitters How to: Shake with ice Double strain into a coupe Garnish with orange twist Drink/Serve Simple Syrup What you need: 1 cup water, preferably filtered 1 cup granulated sugar How to: Heat water in a small saucepan over medium-low heat until hot DO NOT bring to a boil Add the sugar and stir until fully dissolved Cool syrup to room temperature before using or storing Refrigerate for up to 3 weeks
