17.01.2022 We have recently engaged a telephone reception service to make it easier for clients and referrers to book (and change) appointments. They will answer calls between 9.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday AEST and AEDST.

15.01.2022 Both Truce and I use "mindfulness" as a core strategy in our practice. Dr Ron Seigel, the Emeritus Professor of Medicine at the University of Massachusetts Medical School gave an excellent talk at Google in 2015, explaining how mindfulness works to reduce suffering from anxiety, stress and other difficulties. They are both endorsed as specialists in counselling psychology by the AHPRA Psychology Board of Australia.
