18.01.2022 Last Wednesday, around 1pm, 108 Colby Drive, Belgrave South hit the market. By 4pm 3 inspections had been done and 2 of those wanted to make an offer. Friday brought another string of inspections and I was there for 3 hours on Saturday morning doing inspections too...
