Research has demonstrated the acceptability of the strategies across cultures. 23.01.2022 Welcome Dr Teresa Tierney. Dr Tierney moved to the Great Southern earlier this year and has joined the team at Denmark Family Practice as a GP. She has always had rural medicine in her bones - having worked as a doctor for the Royal Flying Doctor Service as well as in many remote areas. Dr Tierney has special interests in Heart and Respiratory Health and is available for new and existing patient appointments... just don't ask her about her golf game! Remember to get tested for COVI...D-19 if you have a fever higher than 38 degrees or flu like symptoms such as a cough, sore throat or shortness of breath. You can get tested for COVID-19 at any WA Country Health Service hospital or health service, or ring your local clinic. You will need to self-isolate while waiting for test results.
