25.01.2022 Did you know that denture wearers, both young and old, need to rest their gums and jaw daily. Your denture needs to be removed for a period of time to allow your gums and jaw to relax from the pressure of the denture. While you can sleep with you denture in, this time of rest does provide the perfect opportunity to also rest your mouth as well.
