22.01.2022 Good News Story! Cleo takes on the streets, one step at a time! Tighten your laces and leash up your pup walking during quarantine is the new trend, although Cleo is already ahead of us all. Everyone is out and about through their local streets and walking with the latest duo pictured. Walking around the block every week has been massive progress!... Just a few weeks before this picture was taken Cleo was doing limited household exercises, and pacing his hallway, to now taking on his local block! With some awesome self-drive, support from family, friends and the DC team Cleo is getting around on his local streets too! In the diagram you can see the red track showing Cleo’s current walk with the next goal in sight of the black track! Awesome work Cleo

20.01.2022 MEET THE TEAM Ron - Quality Assurance A quick role overview - Quality Assurance, Looks at building service reputation with elemental indicators much like the buzz words, reliability, consistency, trustworthiness, confidence and more. QA activities constantly question process checklists, process standards, process documentation and possibly project audits using industry governance standards to dictate actionable measures and guide pointy-ended improvements.... What do you love about working for DC? - Love? That is a heavy word to use towards an entity and its awesome staff. I see Dinamix Care developing, moulding, encouraging and mentoring individuals to be the best version of themselves in every aspect of their lives, whether they are a NDIS Participant, Support Worker or a Manager overseeing the responsibilities entrusted to them. What I love is that Dinamix Care with all it’s staff, constantly challenge me to do better for each of them and share my experience and knowledge in a flexibly pragmatic and resourceful way. Favourite sporting team? Hands-down it would have to be the University of Connecticut Huskies. The women’s college basketball team under the leadership of Coach Geno Auriemma since his arrival in 1985, have recorded winning streaks of 111, 90 and 70 consecutive wins which include six undefeated seasons. That speaks to me of a strong training program exudes leadership and accountability at every single level of the team. My goal is to find out what are the Quality Assurance elements that makes this program formidable with new players introduced every season and outstanding players exiting the team after graduating from the college. What are you passionate about? - Passion, that is a hard one to express. There was a boy born, raised and educated in a developing country. He was passionate about being a pilot. After graduating Year 12, he attempted three (3) times to access the country’s national airline pilot cadet program (single application per a year). The first time, his application was unsuccessful. The second time, his application was successful but he did not pass his aptitude testing. The third time, he passed the aptitude test but did not pass the cadet selection panel. By the third attempt is he was already over age for the program. What am I passionate about? I am passionate about the intangible values I hold personally! Exhausting every possible means available to me to ensure that others have a chance to lead a life of fulfilled vision. Stay tuned for our next DC team member introduction!
