05.01.2022 IT'S WORLD KINDNESS DAY!! Here's just some ways you can celebrate: Send kind words in a text, letter or e-card:... Consider going above and beyond your everyday acts of kindness towards family, friends and colleagues by taking the time to write a note letting them know how much you appreciate them. Say thank you: Take the time to thoughtfully express how much you appreciate the hard work of others. Donate your time or money to a charity: STEPS Charity always welcomes volunteers but if you don't have the time to volunteer you may like to sign up to the Workplace Giving Program or donate to a cause that youre passionate about. Paste a sticky note: Write uplifting messages on sticky notes and apply them to mirrors, someone's computer screen, car window or office door. Exercise self-compassion: Sometimes we are our own harshest critics. Take the time to erase negative thoughts of self-doubt and replace them with kind words of encouragement. Pay it forward: Complete random acts of kindness like paying for someone's coffee in line behind you or offer to take notes at a meeting.
