25.01.2022 The next generation of Chiropractors

25.01.2022 Love this quote! Rest today and do it tomorrow. The world can wait and we can rest; and we can stop being so available or online.

25.01.2022 If your children are at home with you... remember this post below.

25.01.2022 A great article on forts for kids; I think we all love to build forts, adults just do it in a different way but perhaps we should be more like kids and create ourselves a little hideaway!!

25.01.2022 Remember to play this weekend!

23.01.2022 food for thought!

22.01.2022 Resilience, hope and determination.

22.01.2022 'Every single kid has something right with them. And my challenge to you is to find it, name it, and grow it.' As a young person diagnosed with dyslexia, dysgra...phia and ADHD, Jonathan Mooney faced a lot of negative messages and internalised that there was something "wrong" with him. Who helped change his life? The adults who identified and nurtured his strengths! Jonathan is now an author, speaker and activist who founded a peer-based mentoring movement for neurodivergent young people in the U.S. For more insights, see this 2019 Education NC piece: tinyurl.com/rzlgnqr #NeurodiversityCelebrationWeek

21.01.2022 We learn by hands on learning and movement... Do you need more motivation to limit the use of technology? technology isn't all that it's cracked up to be for our children's development.

20.01.2022 And they still are the best toys even for the young at heart! I still love getting dirty! Last week with all the rain Leo (my greyhound) and I took every opportunity to get out in the puddles when the rain stopped, it was the best fun and I couldnt help smiling as Leo ran full speed through the puddles in the park!

19.01.2022 Do you know the difference and the benefits?

17.01.2022 Yes!! When did you play last??

16.01.2022 A single act of kindness... is sometimes just giving a little of your time to stop and listen

14.01.2022 An interesting read

13.01.2022 Happy New year! Thank you for your support in 2019. Wishing you all a 2020 and a new decade of laughter, good nutritious food and replenishing exercise. This year remember true Health care is when you take care of your/your families health, its proactive through nutritious whole organic foods, balance through connection with nature, laughter at ourselves and with like minded people, and exercise which strengthens, mobilises and replenishes the body and the soul.

13.01.2022 To build your immune system and repair your body staying away from refine sugar and refund carbs is key... but healthy doesnt have to be boring or not yummy; in fact eating well and whole foods is actually more fulfilling and enjoyable!! #foodaholic

12.01.2022 More time in nature makes all of us happier adults! #playmore

10.01.2022 Free Family Yoga in Holland park. Yoga is a beautiful way to connect us to our body using gentle movement and breath work. A great way to ground and quieten our minds and our children!

09.01.2022 What fills your cup? Mine is actually the same as this picture. This post has reminded me that every time I deal with a child, an adult, a patient or a family member/friend I am either filling or emptying their cup via my words and behaviour towards/around them. Then their is our perception of what is happening... now we enter the rabbit hole of the brain; emotional memory and beliefs! Fill your cup and be kind to yourself.

06.01.2022 FYI; this is not something to be ignored and something that we need to consider for the upcoming generation of young girls; who are choosing tampons over other options. Eighty-five percent of all samples tested positive for glyphosate (a herbicide) and 62 percent for AMPA, which is the environmental metabolite, but in the case of cotton and sterile cotton gauze (used in tampons) the figure was 100 percent, Dr. Damian Marino, the studys head researcher. Photo credit: Shutterstock - See more at: http://www.healthnutnews.com/85-of-tampons-contain-monsan/ The World Health Organisation (WHO) has classified glyphosate as a carcinogen.

04.01.2022 Do you have something to say about this? I certainly believe its my right to know what I am buying and where its sourced from.

03.01.2022 Breaking down emotions can be hard, breaking down events to see what belief systems are driving our emotional reaction can even be harder but the more we work at it the more we can understand ourselves and others. #selfawareness #psychosomatic
