18.01.2022 Enjoyed an informative afternoon at the official TED at Westpac Sydney. Over the course of the year I've been privileged to be allowed to see some of the inner workings of a large corporate wrestling to integrate multipul legacy brands, people and find a way forward with their community inspite of the challenges that all supply chains present. The one common impressive point has been people working on themselves, wanting to contribute, to do and be better and to imbed greater meaning into their work through being more of who they are. The one common is people. Kudos to the people at Westpac that are working to make their brand better.

This is the question and underlying motivation that keeps them up at night, this is what keeps me up at night, too.'
