16.01.2022 #TBT Meet your vet. Throwback to the days when I worked in a call centre and it didn't matter if I rocked up to work on a Monday with two black eyes . But besides black eyes, an Australian title and a very weird and wonderful trip to Kazakhstan for the World Amateurs, kickboxing gave me so much more. It taught me the importance of having good people in your corner that you can trust and who have your back. It taught me about respect and how it is earnt through actions not w...ords, and amongst many other things, it taught me about strength of character and that no matter the obstacles, the setbacks or the losses, the real growth comes from having the courage to continue on when you feel like giving up. Thankfully now, I have the animals in my life who are the true teachers and teach me the lessons I need to learn, so the knocks and the bruises and the blacks eyes are kept to a minimum

08.01.2022 PSA people Lots of sea hares at the cut today. I almost let Jewels off the lead to run, then changed my mind and ran with her. I'm glad I did because five seconds down the beach there was a sea hare and if I hadnt been right with her and watching, she would've been right on it What benefits you, benefits others!! I got more exercise and she didn't die, yay!!
