17.01.2022 Welcome! I will be running my first athletics clinic on April 28th. I have run clinics before but not under my own business. Great opportunity to improve your speed and technique for all sports and athletics events.

16.01.2022 I have been working with these superstar sisters since December. They came to me wanting to improve their speed for AFL. To say I’m proud of how quickly all four of these girls have improved, from technical efficiency alone, is an understatement. I love hearing that they feel faster on the netball court, that they run PB’s at little A’s and especially loved when I received a message from their mum saying they look so much faster! 05.01.2022 Late post: Congratulations Ebonie, the INAS Heptathlon World Champion! What an epic 2 days! Could not be more proud of Ebonie, this was her first ever heptathlon and on the world stage! We started working together in May this year, before that Ebonie had never hurdled or flopped before. She won both those events. 4 PBs and not far off the other 3. I’ve loved coaching you, your dedication, persistence and patience paid off! Superstar @ Queensland Sport And Athletics Centre (QSAC)
