04.01.2022 Gentle Rehabilitations Aqua classes are running in a hydrotherapy pool with water temperature of 30 - 32C. Light classes with a gentle pace, suitable for those with joint problems, helpful for arthritis, joint mobility or after joint replacement surgery and also for beginners. This training will improve cardio, strength, endurance, flexibility and reduce stress. Particularly effective for those recovering from, or living with, injury or pain.
