20.01.2022 One of our main men Scotty being the modest man he is, not mentioning how difficult this build is. The building envelope 6 by 4 metres built tight to the neighbouring boundary walls and over 10 metres high, with limited access and space to work. Such a (difficult) yet clever design and use of space by @raaarchitects they’ve capitalised on every inch of the property. Can’t wait to show you the final product.

14.01.2022 It’s nice being able to experiment with details! The rods in the stairwell defined the spaces, while keeping an open feel and not blocking the water views from the pool and backyard.
