16.01.2022 Great Sunday lesson with Cameron and Noel. Cameron was nervous of doing the class to start with without his friend. Did a super job, concentrated and put loads of effort in, getting on really well with the two person staff form. Well done Cameron Great private class tonight in the Kungfudio with Sarah.... 12.01.2022 Great sessions so far this week, good efforts by all. Great to see Tom back in Adelaide. Good to have Sarah in Sunday's class, great effort from Noel as always and fantastic effort and concentration by Cameron and Ryan on Sunday at Blackwood Rec. Malcolm just did a good private lesson with me tonight, nice work on the stick forms. Tomorrow nights session is at: Point A-7.30-9.30pm... Then I am away snowboarding on Mount Buller for a few days so next Sunday class 10th July at Blackwood Rec is off. Tuesday 12th at Point A is also off. Back to normal after those dates. Running through the rest of the school holidays so if you want to come and give it a try then please do. Stay active and take time every day to go through the flexibility routine we do in class to build on what you have already achieved. The Facebook page reached 500 likes!! Not sure what that means!! Cheka and Malcolm nailed Shaolin Guai (walking stick form) and Yin Shao Gun (staff) is improving nicely, well done guys.... 07.01.2022 There is no Sunday class at Blackwood Rec today 18th or next Sunday 25th September. Next weekend I will be running the Yurrebilla 56k marathon. But will be all good for a return to Sunday lessons on the 2nd October. Running through the school holidays. Amituofo
