25.01.2022 Boys at work , part of ongoing building works.

11.01.2022 Just in case mapping Distortion made you think Australia was this small little island on fire! ... ... ... (Update, there is hope for the future)... WE HAVE EVERYTHING WE NEED ALREADY to stop burning down the world! We have utility scale Pumped Water Storage facilities to store electrical power from renewable power sources! 1979 one of the biggest on the planet was built in conservative Virginia, USA! https://en.m.wikipedia.org//Bath_County_Pumped_Storage_Sta And we do not need filthy nuclear power that only adds to the weapons that may destroy all life on Earth because thanks to, ironically, the same drilling technology that brought us deeper oil reserves we also can tap the heat of the Earth to spend electric turbines: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Enhanced_geothermal_system The US military has developed a way to pull CO2 out of ocean water to make fake kerosene to run their jets and diesel engines for about $6/gallon! https://www.smithsonianmag.com//fuel-seawater-whats-catch/ We developed the electric trolley that has already been adapted to rubber wheeled buses and semi trucks... That can easily be run down the interstate highways to recharge electric vehicles *while they drive*! https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trolleytruck That trolley technology was invented in Richmond, Virginia, Capitol of the old Confederacy on hydro power back in 1889! There are nickel iron batteries built in the 1880s that still hold a charge in the museums! I had a pickup truck, even in 'murikkka that got 54mpg... My current VW Jetta TDI gets 37mpg while pulling a trailer full of construction materials that displaces a 15 mile per gallon pickup truck for the same tasks! 47 miles per gallon in the city without the trailer and Typically between 53 and 63 miles per gallon on the interstate... And... 69 to 71 miles per gallon on long trips when I fit a rear nacelle in the trailer hitch receiver that completes the airflow to a point off the rear of the vehicle's trunk! Aerodynamics is one of the keys to high fuel economy at interstate speeds and if you look at the nature you'll see that fish birds and raindrops are blunt to the front and tapered to the tail. We still have a lot to learn by mimicking nature for much greater efficiencies and yet still retain a mechanized civilization it's all the conveniences and health benefits we've come to expect. And the point is ...WE CAN STOP MAKING THIS WORSE! WE HAVE EVERYTHING WE NEED ALREADY to stop burning down the world! (Note: yes I realise Oz is a continent and not an island, I was attempting snark.)
