It helps with the expulsion of the placenta after delivery and aids post-natal recovery. Frankincense - helps to be calm and present. It slows down the breathing. It facilitates easy breathing. If you choose not to use the chemical pest control, try some natural alternatives. I find lemon scented eucalyptus probably the most powerful essential oil to be used as an insect repellent.
